Amazing customer service, by everyone. Very nice, old school bank too! They still have window service! Wow. Anyway I had a great experience.

I moved out this way a couple years ago and I have to bank at this branch now so far I've had 3 to 4 instances where I have not been impressed with their service. Including one with the manager....

Went in to the Chase Bank to change my pin on my debit card. Found the clerk at counter to be incompetent. After finally getting it changed I went to ATM in front lobby. Found my card didn't work....

So this is a zero star award. The expenses get tallied in a way that profit the bank. I was just charged a late fee for an item naught 7 days before other current charges
