How do I even start! This experience was very unique, in a bad way. The chips were as hard as a rock, the whole place had thick smoke which made it hard to breathe

Chips were soft and stale. Salsa had too big chunks of onion that didn't fit on the chip. Burrito was so-so and not warm. Person on register seemed mean. Heard another customer return the chips...

if i could rate this chipotle a -10000 i would. The food is genuinely disgusting most of the time, and NEVER buy chips here because it's most likely it'll be stale. Today was my last time going...
