Used to be our favorite Dunkin (and we were regulars) but I think ownership recently changed and the customer service is not what it once was. So too bad! Also, apparently a cup of ice water now...

Coming here is somehow always an inconvenience. Guy working is never willing to accommodate the customer. You have to stretch far just to use Apple Pay. A coupon wouldn't work due to app issues...

Cant ask for light ice over here otherwise I barely get any coffee saying it's gonna change the taste or it's not gonna come out right
