Stopped by Saturday at 2:30. The sign in the door said "temporary hours" 9-5. They were closed. Stopped by today, Tuesday night and the girl said "we are getting ready to close. We can't do it"....

I would never ever go here again to the Quincy IL location. Very very poor customer service. I would rather cut my hair with scissors than have that staff cut my hair!

Don't ever ask for layers, you get some hair one length then the top is a completely different one both just as straight lines across
