Heather Beyers, APRN

Dhuha Raab, DO, is a family medicine physician serving patients at Memorial Physician Services— Koke Mill. She earned a bachelor of science degree in molecular and cellular biology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a doctor of osteopathic medicine degree from the Chicago Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine in Downers Grove.

Nicole Jack is a physician assistant at Memorial Care—Koke Mill. She has a bachelor of science in clinical laboratory science from University of Illinois at Springfield, and went on to earn her master of medical science degree in physician assistant studies at Saint Louis University. Prior to joining MC, she was a physician assistant at Jacksonville Memorial Hospital.

Melanie Reynolds is a certified family nurse practitioner. She received her bachelor of science degree in nursing from St. John's College of Nursing in Springfield, Ill., and her master of science in nursing with specialization in family nurse practitioner from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. She served as a pediatric nurse for 10 years both in inpatient and outpatient settings. She has also served as an oncology nurse. Special interests include pediatrics and oncology.
