Ordered sandwich using app. Arrived about 30 minutes later and order was not ready. So much for Freaky Fast.

Got the Vito Picklewich and a bag of Pickle Chips. Size-wise, not a lot for your money, but it tasted great and hit the spot. Service was FAST and ambiance was Jimmy John's-like (LOTS to read!)....

I have never waited so long for sandwiches. What happened to the speedy service? They had us wait to take our order for 5 minutes and we have been waiting at the window for 10 minutes. Ridiculous.

Food is fine, but the drive through service is awful. I don't know if it's a management problem, low staffed, or whatever. But if you're in a rush, do not come to this one. I had an online pick up...
