LOFT won me over. If you are petite, you need LOFT in your life. However... The Oak Brook store is merely OK. I do find some things here. Staff are great about processing my returns from online...

I love this brand but this location is a little rough. They get a lot of foot traffic so it's almost always crazy busy and can be messy because of it, but they definitely get some unique pieces...
