Michelle Hazenfield is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who received her education and training from Loyola University in 1997. Mrs. Hazenfield has over 20 years of experience in the field. She specializes in the treatment of woman's issues with a particular interest in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, eating disorders, and self-injury. Mrs. Hazenfield brings a warm and inviting demeanor to address individual issues and create a specialized client-centered treatment plan for recovery. Aspects of CBT, DBT, ERT, and psychodynamic therapy approaches are utilized. She works with individuals from age 15-75. She is full time with some evening and weekend availability.

Michelle is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been working with children, adolescents, and adults since 2000. She works with individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety and stress management. She also has an interest in helping those who are struggling with addiction and recovery, self-injury as well as, the difficulties related to grief and loss. Michelle also works with individuals who are struggling with gay and lesbian issues and those who are having difficulties coping with a life threatening medical illness. She possesses experience with self-esteem rebuilding, anger management and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (BDT). Michelle's goal is to create a relaxing, accepting and invigorating environment, to help those seeking positive changes in thoughts and behaviors.
