2 double cheeseburgers and currently waiting at the "third window" for 5 minutes. Every time I stop here it's like this the service is terrible portillos drive through is faster most of the time

13 minutes in drive threw, I didn't get full order , and on top of that cheeseburgers where smashed and cold not even close to being fresh, frys where from the day before..it's a disgrace
