I went to potbelly's today the app is down and they are not accepting cash. They do not have a sign posted saying they not accepting cash. I had a big order and had cash only.

The food was good but the customer service was horrible. The guy had an attitude and his body language showed it all. It seemed like he didn't want to be there.

By far the nastiest sandwiches we ever ordered from any Potbellys. The bread was WET! It was as if they dipped them in water and then wrapped them. The sandwich was inedible. I could not even...

I heard a lot but their sandwiches bu these were totally disappointing. Soup was good but I will never order from them again
