Wrong bread on both sandwiches. Barely any avocado this time :(. Tastes like there was jalapeños on it and then they were taken off. Same with other sandwich but with lettuce. Probably just an off...

Recently a family member went to POTBELLY to purchase 6 SUBS and 3 orders of SOUP at 8:00 P.M. First of all, they were not met with a welcoming greeting (maybe because of time if day?)....

Had to continually tell clerk how I wanted my sandwich. Just didn't listen whatsoever. The East State Street store needs a face-lift. Looking very outdated inside.
