I'm very satisfied with my storage unit...it's only a 5x5, but I didn't have much. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful with the online setup. I would greatly recommend public storage.

Online offer said $1 first month, bill sent was still charging first month at full price; called and was told they had no such offers at our chosen location, so first month for $1 was not honored....
