A cozy spot inside the 88 marketplace. There's a bunch of free parking in the area. Stopped in on a Friday and there was a handful of people inside already. We ordered and the drinks came out...

Clean, pretty, nice freshly brewed tea and charge of bubbles or crystals are slightly cheaper than other places ... tasted good.. can ask for less sugar .., nice seating even if it's small ......
