Ramsey Geotechnical Engineering (RGE) was established in February of 2014 to provide geotechnical and construction materials engineering consultation services from our location in Bloomington, Illinois. RGE is under the direction of Mr. Douglas P. Ramsey, a licensed professional engineer in Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin. Mr. Ramsey has provided engineering consulting services throughout Illinois and other adjoining states since 1978. Projects have included large-scale residential, commercial, retail, and industrial developments, as well as multi-storied office buildings and large-scale public structures.
