Today Schlafly Beer continues to celebrate our legacy of authentic high-quality brews and hospitality at historic Schlafly Highland Square. The Schlafly family’s American dream began in Highland after immigrating to the United States from Switzerland in the mid-1880s. We’re honored to come full circle, pouring pints and helping reinvigorate a community since the brewpub opening in 2021.
