Reed Custer Middle School is a public school that provides academic classes to more than 400 students in grades six through eight. It maintains a range of school organizations and teams, such as the National Junior Honor Society, Scholastic Bowl, student council, speech and spelling bee teams, and art, computer, math and yearbook clubs. Reed-Custer Middle School supports various before- and after-school child care and tutoring programs. The school conducts special classes in fine arts, including art, band and chorus.
