This Starbucks replaced the one a couple of blocks away on the major intersection of Rand, Euclid, and Elmhurst Rd. Personally, I like this location better -- new & improved, without the craziness...

This has to be the slowest Starbucks in America. The drive thru live is always 7 cars deep and never moves.

I was in there a bit ago and waited 4 minutes to be acknowledged at the counter. Finally I had to ask twice if anyone was at the register to be told they'd be right there and yet with six people...

Multiple times when I have come to this Starbucks they never follow the hours listed online. It's closed early A LOT. You don't even know until you get there in the drive through and have to wait...

my drink was watered down. I waited for 20 minutes with two people in the line. Service sucks. And the ambience was messy inside. The barista inside taking orders was rude. Dont come here.
