Bottom Line: Unpretentious, homey, cozy vibe. Very good traditional American fare. Very good service. Very reasonable prices. And maybe a chilling bonus. This place just makes you feel at home....

The Country House, founded in 1922, is a family restaurant in Clarendon Hills, Ill. The restaurant offers lunch, dinner and late night meals to its customers in the west suburban area. It is best known for its country burger and has been voted one of Chicago's favorite burgers by the readers of the Chicago Tribune.
