LifeTime Resources was established in 1974 as the Area 12 Agency on Aging and works to meet the educational, medical and housing needs of individuals. As a nonprofit organization, it serves senior citizens, caregivers and individuals with disabilities in Dearborn, Jefferson, Ohio, Ripley and Switzerland counties in southeastern Indiana. The organization receives funds from the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration, Indiana Department of Transportation, and Corporation for National and Community Service. It participates in Meals-on-Wheels, a federal meal program, as well as offers in-home health care and transportation services. LifeTime Resources additionally provides Sentry Services, an adult guardianship program that focuses on least restrictive representation for incapacitated adults in the community and institution setting.
