Culver Duck Farms produces and processes approximately 2 million ducklings annually. Its heritage dates back to 1858 and encompasses more than five generations of Long Island duckling growing and breeding experience. Culver is an integrated operation of breeding farms, hatchery, grow-out farms, research and development plant and processing plant. The family-owned company distributes a range of custom cut duckling products, which includes fresh and frozen duckling, Chinese Confucian, Cantonese-style as well as marinated breasts and a line of bone in and boneless products. The Culver family moved Culver Duck Farms to northern Indiana in 1959.
