John H. Castle Elementary School, founded in 1965 and located in Newburgh, Ind., has been designated a 4-Star school by the Indiana State Department of Education. The school has more than 900 students in grades kindergarten through six. It offers various programs, including English, arts, science, social studies, mathematics and physical education. John H. Castle Elementary School also offers computer education, speech, English as a second language, band and various programs for students suffering for disabilities.
