Dr. Feeney is a board-certified gynecologist, providing care for women of all ages. Originally from Indianapolis, Dr. Feeney received his bachelor of science degree from the University of Notre Dame. He graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine and served his residency at Indiana University Medical Center in obstetrics and gynecology. He joined the medical staff of Community Hospital in 1993. Dr. Feeney has vast experience in advanced minimally-invasive surgery, hysterectomy, endometrial ablation and tubal sterilization. He has a special interest in treating uterine, vaginal and bladder prolapse, urinary incontinence, and abnormal Pap smears. Dr. Feeney is also available for in-office gynecologic care and annual exams.

Dr. Huggins is board certified in family medicine and cares for patients of all ages with an emphasis on preventive medicine. Her goal is to improve each patient's quality of life. Dr. Jihan Huggins was raised in New Albany, Indiana where she was very involved in athletics and many other extracurricular activities. She attended Indiana University Bloomington for her undergraduate degree in biology with minors in chemistry, sociology and psychology. She went on to get a masters of medical science through IUPUI. She obtained her medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. Dr. Huggins is a graduate of the Community Family Medicine Residency Program. Dr. Huggins enjoys cooking, exercising and activities at her church. She loves spending time with her husband and four children, including a feisty oldest daughter, fearless fraternal twin boys, and her youngest blessing who has Down's Syndrome.

Naseem LaBue, MD, received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Marian College. She received a medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. She completed a family medicine residency at Community Hospital East. She has a special interest in women’s health, pediatric care, and encouraging patients to be active participants in their healthcare management. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, hiking, cooking, and spending time with her daughter.
