when I was told my prescription was ready for pickup, it was never ready, when I arrived at the store. I had to wait over 15 minutes every time.

Here's a hint. When someone who is obviously sick comes in and is trying to buy some cough syrup, they really don't want to be argued with by the staff member who refuses to just wring them up...

By far the worst experiences I have had with any pharmacy. Have finally realized that convenience over service is not always the best route in the years I have used this location.
