I ordered a sandwich at 3:13 through the app and I was not notified that it was done until a quarter till five! I no longer wanted the sandwich. Horrible service

Was pretty busy when i went in there but still pretty quick service! the subs were decent nothing out of this world, just tasted kind of plain to me? i'm not sure but it was okay
