History
Kunkel's Drive-In was built on the Kunkel's family farm by brothers Josh and Albert Kunkel and opened in 1954. The Kunkel brothers operated the business until 1990, when the Cartwright family took over the operation.

Loved the tenderloins (both grilled and breaded)...terrific service; fun drive-in in Connersville...avoid the Pizza King(s) and go to Kunkel's!

What a cute little drive-in! I feel a bit of nostalgia driving up, parking and pushing the button to make my order. Today I chose to have chicken tenders, cheese cubes and a strawberry shake....

we stopped here thinking this was going to be some great food we had to wait which I do t mind but it was so cold thinking the wait woukd mean it would be hot I wi not be back
