Czarina Samala Castillo Boedeker, NP is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in sleep medicine. She provides care to teenagers, adults, and geriatric patients in the South and North regions. Czarina earned her advanced practice nursing degree from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2017 and holds board certification from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is dedicated to helping her patients achieve better sleep and overall health.

LaTonya Sultzer, a family nurse practitioner, has more than 22 years of experience in nursing, ranging from pediatrics and adults to orthopedics, transplant and cardiac care. She received an associate degree in nursing from Indiana University Kokomo and a master’s degree in nursing from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis. She has a special interest in family medicine and preventive care. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Coalition of Advanced Practice Nurses of Indiana. She is family-oriented and loves being outdoors and attending church.
