H&R was started in 2000 by Ken Halcomb and Shannon Richter. Both Ken and Shannon bring over 25 yrs combined experience in the construction industry and have trained and served as adjusters working major catastrophes. This experience has taught them valuable lessons from both sides of the industry. This valuable experience enables H&R to better serve our customers and work with all major insurance companies. We currently have two locations to better serve central Indiana, Mooresville which is our main office and Bloomington which is our south office.
