History
Remi J's has always catered personal parties and family functions. I always wanted to be a chef so I began to teach myself some of the tricks of the trade. I started playing around with barbecue and really enjoyed people's reactions to my succulent pulled pork, so I pursued the bbq business.
Specialties
We specialize in buffet style catering. All of our dishes are made with love. We don't use and processed foods. we use all fresh meat and veggies and our deserts are homemade.

The Food Truck showed up at my office and i had the Pulled Pork Sandwich, Sweet Potato casserole and Cole Slaw. Outstanding !!!! I tried a piece off one of my co-workers rib bones.....delicious....
