Dr. Crall, a native Iowan, graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Science in 1981, Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1985, and Advanced General Dentistry Education in 1986, and was a Fellow in the Department of Hospital Dentistry, Division of Family Dentistry in 1987. He graduated from The Ohio State University with a Master of Arts and Master of Science in 1989, and received his Certificate from the Orthodontic Post Doctoral Education Program in 1990. Dr. Crall is a member of the World Federation of Orthodontists, American Association of Orthodontics, Midwestern Society of Orthodontists, Iowa Society of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Iowa Dental Association, Waterloo District Dental Society, The Ohio State University Orthodontic Alumni Foundation, Roth Williams International Society of Orthodontists, and Black Hawk Dental Society.
