Baileyville is an unincorporated community in western Nemaha County, Kansas, United States. It is located six miles west of Seneca on U.S. Route 36.
Baileyville was founded as "Haytown"; it was renamed to honor future Kansas governor Willis J. Bailey.
The town is served by the Union Pacific Railroad.
