Dr. Richard McKittrick is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine with a subcertification in medical oncology. He completed a fellowship at the University of Kansas Medical Center. He earned his medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center. Dr. Marc Hoffmann is a board-certified hematologist and oncologist. He is the director of the lymphoma program and medical director of lean in quality improvement at The University of Kansas Cancer Center. He is passionate about the clinical development of novel therapies for the treatment of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (LLC) and lymphoma. He serves as the principal investigator on multiple clinical trials, including several studies of first-in-human compounds. Dr. Stuart Hinton is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine with subcertifications in medical oncology and hematology. He completed a fellowship at Indiana University School of Medicine. He earned his medical degree from the University of Missouri at Kansas City and completed his residency at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Dr. Hinton believes that oncology is one of the more challenging specialties because of the fear that cancer often invokes and the difficult choices people face. The most satisfying aspect of practicing oncology is helping people understand how a disease or treatment might impact all aspects of their life and help them make the best choices for their life.
