Founded in 1997, 28th Judicial District Community Corrections works to ensure the safety of the community and the well-being of the offenders through research and risk management tools to identifies abnormal behaviors and assists in the development of life-long behavior changes. The community works to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of department in the provision of offender services through department reorganization and program development based on valid correction research.
