Cheney (pronounced /tʃiːni/) is a city in Sedgwick County, Kansas, United States. As of the 2010 census, the city population was 2,094.

The racial makeup of the city was 97.76% White, 0.67% Native American, 0.22% from other races, and 1.35% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.29% of the population.
