St. Joseph's Parish, located in Bardstown, Ky., promotes its mission through worship, education and service. The institution is a Catholic parish with more than 4,900 individuals and over 1,900 families. It is one of the largest parishes outside of Jefferson County in the Archdiocese of Louisville in Kentucky, with more than 150 full- and part-time employees. It also serves more than 650 students in two schools, the St. Joseph Elementary School and Bethlehem High School. The schools offer educational and extracurricular programs to students in grades kindergarten through 12. The subjects offered by the school include English, Bible studies, mathematics, computer science, social studies, science, health and physical education, music, and art.
