just set and waited 20 mins for 2 drinks and 2 milkshakes all for our drinks to come out watered down and milkshakes completely melted.

horrible sweet tea. not even sweet. good food but horrible tea. taste like i'm drinking unsweetened tea. don't even have a touch of sweetness.

I do like several of the food items but the service lately has been dismal. Even using the app, which should take guesswork out of it, results in incorrect orders.
