very poor services had run flat tires which i told them before coming then they said manufacture says they cant patch them but has no documentation from manufacture to show that had an appointment...

It should not take 4 hours to change 4 tires.....absolutely unacceptable. If you can't put a car up and change the tires in under 35 mins then you need to get out of the business This is edited...
