Overbrook is a city in Osage County, Kansas, in the United States. As of the 2000 census, the city population was 947. It is part of the Topeka, Kansas Metropolitan Statistical Area.
Overbrook is located at 38°46′48″N 95°33′26″W / 38.78°N 95.55722°W / 38.78; -95.55722 (38.779969, -95.557202). According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.6 square miles (1.4 km²), all of it land.
