Falmouth is a small city in Pendleton County, Kentucky, United States. The population was 2,058 at the 2000 census. It is the county seat of Pendleton County and is the meeting point of the South and Main forks of the Licking River.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 1.3 square miles (3.3 km²), all of it land.
