Just a little history of ME! I've been baking just about all my adult life, when I was younger my mom catered weddings and made wedding cakes. She did all this from our home and we were able to help out a lot. She owned and operated her own bakery, "The Donut House & Cake Shop" some years later where I worked early morning hours with her making donuts. I lived in Utah for 15 years and while there I learned a little different style of cooking to add to my Cajun heritage. I have always loved baking and cooking. I began making cookie platters for a church fundraiser, this is where Tracy's Sweet Connections & Catering & was born. I love planning and preparing for any party, wedding, or any event! As of now my business is per call and anything ordered is made fresh to order, I operate out of my churches certified kitchen, we have started construction on our new facility that will be open daily, our expected opening is set for the end of June 2017... We are excited to serve our awesome community of Moss Bluff and the surrounding areas..
