I have gone there 4 times, this is the synopsis. The first time I went at 3:00 pm, there was a sign inthe door that said sold out. Mind you that they post open until 7:00pm. The 2nd time, nothing...

Agree about the hours and lack of organization BUT also absolutely the best boudin balls I've ever had!
