Walk-ins now take 3-5 hours to be seen. They used to work a walk-in between patient appointments, but no more. Don't come here if you don't have an appointment. You'll waste half of your day.

Made an appointment, fasted, arrived on time and waited for 45 minutes with no acknowledgment. I could hear staff talking and laughing in the back. I tried calling from the waiting room for help....

This place used to be excellent. Lab tech used a large gauge needle to draw blood causing bruising and tendon, nerve damage. Very painful. When I asked her why she didn't use a smaller needle...
