I showed the stylist a picture of the color I wanted:(blonde) and I came out with dark brown. And they did a double process! Charged me for it. I could have gotten this color from a drugstore box....

Horrible place!!!! Sherri is the owner but will says it's not her problem what the stylist do that work for her. Amanda Gambino will lie to your face saying she can color your hair... And send...
