With more than seven years at GMFS, Josh is known for transparent communication, strong relationships, and a hands-on approach. His background in construction helps him connect builders and borrowers for a smooth process. An active HBA member and founding executive of More Than Fore, he values community, family, and giving back. Originally from Mississippi and now on the northshore, Josh enjoys fishing, volleyball, and anything pirate-themed. He credits his wife Erica, his three children, and lasting relationships for his success.
