Veterans Northeast Outreach Center, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Haverhill, MA, dedicated to serving Veterans and their families in Essex, Middlesex, and Barnstable Counties in Massachusetts, as well as Rockingham and Hillsborough Counties in New Hampshire. Since 1985, the center has provided a full continuum of care, offering assistance with basic needs, housing, advocacy, social engagement, community activities, case management, and VA benefits claims. With a focus on supporting at-risk and low-income Veterans, VNEOC operates housing units and collaborates with other agencies to provide subsidized and supportive housing for Veterans and their families.
