Idlewild Park offers wholesome fun for everyone. The park offers entertainment for all ages, from toddlers to seniors. Idlewild has grown from a picnic area opening in 1878, to its current state offering amusement park rides, stage shows and a spectacular water park.

Three Must-See Attractions at Idlewild Park
Young and old can appreciate the wisdom and grace of Fred "Mr." Rogers (who was born just a few miles from the park in Latrobe). His legacy lives through Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood in the park. Don't miss this special trolley ride through Make Believe.

Ride Paul Bunyan's Loggin' Toboggan. Keep cool on this quick-moving, thrilling water ride. Log-shaped boats climb to the top of a 30-foot tower, then barrel through a chute, while water splashes, cooling off passengers.

Nothing beats Pennsylvania heat like a water park. Whether you dip in the Float Away Bay, ride the humungous slides or catch a wave in Wowabunga Wave Pool, Soak Zone makes dreams come true.
