What kind of stupid company does away with drive thru during a pandemic therefore forcing us into their crappy branch. Pick another bank, Wells Fargo across the street is much better.

Recent weeks they have really focused on keeping the wait times to a minimum. More often than not now they have 3 tellers on during the peak hours of business

This bank always has a line and not enough tellers....be prepared to wait a while to see anyone. I won't stop back
