Maryland Science Center, located in Baltimore, is a private, nonprofit organization that showcases a range of exhibits to visitors. The center features full size skeletons of dinosaurs and casts of fossilized remains. It also exhibits the live diamondback terrapins, crabs, fish, seahorses and native plants in aquatic display tanks. It showcases all kinds of fossils, such as a 70 million year old crocodile armor and teeth from a 100 million year old Mocasur. The center also has a kids room where children can send boats down a river channel in water play, operate a fish cam in a submarine and dress up like turtles.
