Founded in 1968, GUIDE Program is a nonprofit behavioral health, social service and juvenile justice agency. It operates a range of residential and nonresidential services. The agency offers prevention, early intervention, treatment and aftercare services for children, youths, adults and families. It operates a short-term structured shelter program for youths involved in the juvenile justice system. GUIDE Program s independence program provides psychiatric rehabilitative services. It offers group, individual and family therapies. The agency provides personal and family counseling services for youths. It is a member of the Community Behavioral Health Association of Maryland, Center for Nonprofit Advancement and Human Services Coalition of Prince George's County. GUIDE Program provides case management, as well as psychoeducational and literacy programs.
