KYLE JERNIGAN, LCSW-C

Taylor is a Licensed Master Social Worker and graduate of Stevenson University and the University of Maryland, Baltimore. She primarily works with children, teens, and young adults navigating depression, anxiety, and trauma. Taylor's goal is to create a safe and brave space where clients can find strength in the parts of their story that may feel uncomfortable. She believes therapy empowers individuals to understand their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while learning healthier ways to respond to life's challenges. Centering her practice in mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Taylor helps clients unpack experiences, recognize emotions, and connect more deeply with themselves.

Chelsea is a Licensed Certified Social Worker with the State of Maryland. She enjoys using Internal Family Systems (IFS, or "Parts Work") in sessions, though understands everyone's experiences and goals - and therefore the approach and needs for therapy - will be very different. She believes that YOU are the expert of your own experience, and her role is to be a guide in this unique journey to a more authentic 'self.' Chelsea has also been formally trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and is passionate about working with LGBTQ+ community.

Dr. Hall earned a Psy.D. in clinical psychology from the American School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University, Washington DC (ASPP, Washington DC). He also completed a postdoctoral fellowship in childhood obesity at Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital. Dr. Hall serves children, adolescents, adults, and families. His clinical interests include psychological adjustment and lifestyle issues, disruptive mood and behavior disorders, and multicultural/diversity issues in health and wellness. His intervention approach integrates elements of cognitive-behavioral and person-centered therapy.
