Made a mobile order for pickup. Arrived after ten minutes, the drink was ready on the pickup shelves. However, the current app does not allow to request 'no ice'.

Brian took my order today and he was very attentive and sweet! We tipped but he said he was going to give it to the kids on shift that have been working way harder than him. Funny and super cool too!
